MFA is when you are asked to present two or more different pieces of security information to log in to an account or app. This could be a unique code, a security question, or a biometric such as facial recognition.
MFA and Moneyhub
Keeping your financial data secure is a priority and that's why we've introduced MFA.
To get started, head to Settings, select Multi-factor Authentication, and select Enable MFA. Your device is now verified and protected.
The next time you sign in on an unverified device, you'll then be sent a one-time passcode (OTP) to your registered email address and asked to enter this into the field provided on your Moneyhub account.
To disable MFA, head to Settings and select Multi-factor Authentication and then select Disable MFA.
