We uphold your rights under GDPR, including maintaining appropriate measures to secure your data, providing access to your data upon request, correcting any inaccuracies, and erasing your data upon your request. We also ensure that any third-party processors we work with are GDPR-compliant and only process your data within the scope of their services to us. Our commitment to data protection is unwavering and we continually review our policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Right of access
The majority of the information that we hold is information that you have added yourself via our app. This information is available for you to view in your Moneyhub app, however, you can also request us to share with you the personal data that we hold about you.
You can get in touch either from within the app by going to Settings, then selecting Support and Contact Support, or by emailing support@moneyhub.com.
Right to be forgotten
If you don't want to use the Moneyhub service and want your personal data deleted, head to Settings, My Account and then Select Delete Account.
Alternatively, get in touch with our support team who will delete your entire account. When we delete your account, we remove all data we hold about you on our systems and from third parties.
When we refer to third parties here, we are referring to services such as the customer management system we use and the payment initiation service we use for subscription fees. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Right to data portability
All of your transaction data is available to download in CSV format from within Moneyhub. For more information, check out our article Download and export transactions.
