At Moneyhub, we recognise the value of extending the directive to cover all types of accounts. Therefore, we are actively working with regulators to get PSD2 legislation applied to pensions, savings, and investment accounts. We anticipate this taking a few years, pensions are expected by 2026.
We champion our customers having reliable, secure access to their data. Until PSD2 is extended to non-payment accounts, we will continue to use a secure process known as screen scraping, to allow you to have access to as much of your financial data as possible.
