When you raise an issue or need guidance, our authorised support team can view limited information needed to provide help, this includes;
- Your registered email address
- Providers you have connections with
- Type of account(s) you have connected
- Dates you made connections
- Information about your subscription to Moneyhub, such as the type of subscription and when it ends.
